Elastomeric membranes flex with the slab through summer and monsoon, sealing cracks for up to 10 years. The heat-reflective top coat bounces sunlight, keeping top-floor rooms up to 5–7°C cooler.
Reinforced PU/acrylic membranes warrantied up to a decade.
SRI-rated white top coat cuts indoor temperature by 5–7°C.
Elastomeric film stretches as the slab expands and contracts.
Flood-tested before we call it done.

Top-floor homes with leakage or heat problems, and societies re-doing common terraces.
For exposed terraces, elastomeric PU or acrylic membranes with geotextile reinforcement are the current standard — they bridge cracks, handle thermal movement and carry up to 10-year warranties. A heat-reflective top coat also cools rooms below by 5–7°C.
Terrace waterproofing typically costs ₹70–180 per sq.ft depending on the system and terrace condition, including surface preparation, membrane coats and ponding test.
Insist on a ponding test — the terrace is flooded with water for 48–72 hours and the ceiling below is checked. Interior Touch includes this test before handover.
